FMP_SNUMBER defines the number of slabs perpendicular to the lattice vector $\mathbf{a}_i$ along which the gradient $\partial T/\partial \mathbf{a}_i$ is created during the reverse nonequilibrium molecular dynamics run using the Müller-Plathe method.
